Our manufacturing base has been gutted, the number of jobs is declining http://www.calgaryflamesteamstore.com/adidas-marek-hrivik-jersey , more Americans are dependent on government handouts than ever before, and our dollar is dying. Millions of American families have been pushed to the edge of economic desperation. America is drowning in debt.
The official unemployment statistic stands at 9.7%, or 14.9 million American adults. Even if economic growth stays strong http://www.calgaryflamesteamstore.com/adidas-lanny-mcdonald-jersey , unemployment is only expected to be down to 7.9 percent by the end of 2012.
American jobs have been shipped overseas, outsourced or have simply gone away at blistering paces. Millions of jobs become obsolete because of technology . Ironically, our business tax system incentivizes our companies to export jobs .
The truth is that there are not nearly enough jobs for all of us no matter how “educated” we are. This is creating a lot of anger and frustration http://www.calgaryflamesteamstore.com/adidas-kris-versteeg-jersey , and now even the IMF is warning that we could see “an explosion of social unrest” if high unemployment persists.
One of the key reason why we have high unemployment is trade deficit. Warren Buffett has been quoted as saying, “The U.S trade deficit is a bigger threat to the domestic economy than either the federal budget deficit or consumer debt and could lead to political turmoil…”.
Since President Clinton signed NAFTA, over 7 million private sector jobs have been lost due to the free trade policy allowing for large deficits. America http://www.calgaryflamesteamstore.com/adidas-johnny-gaudreau-jersey , without tariffs can not compete in the world market . Even GM, Chrysler had to be bailed out by the Government at tax Payers expense because they couldn’t compete. The number of unemployed is growing as more and more jobs are outsourced.
If we are going to improve jobs we must cut taxes and eliminate regulations that are driving companies out. If the private sector cannot absorb willing workers, the alternative is for the U.S. government to become the biggest employer and employ people into the public service.

ATHENS, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) -- Greek Coast Guard announced on Wednesday all passengers onboard a refugee boat which had issued a distress signal on the Ionian sea were safe.
The speedboat was found sailing adrift about 30 nautical miles west of Paxoi island and all the 29 passengers will be transported to Igoumenitsa port, according to Greek national news agency AMNA.
According to Coast Guard sources, the irregular migrants had set off for Italy from the coast of Preveza on western Greece, but the boat engines broke down en route.
One of the passengers called Corfu's port to alert authorities about the emergency.
Following the closure of Greece's northern borders in February, smuggling rings are seeking alternative routes.
More than one million refugees and migrants landed on Greece's shores since January 2015 to seek refuge in more prosperous European countries, according to official data.
Some 59,000 have been trapped in Greece since February, according to the latest count published on Wednesday by the Greek Refugee Crisis Management Coordination Body.
Despite joint European Union-Turkey efforts to stem the influx from Turkish shores under a deal sealed in March, boats with refugees continue to reach the Greek islands in the Aegean Sea on a daily basis.
At least 3,601 new arrivals have been recorded in the period between July 15 - the day of the attempted failed coup in Turkey - and August 28, according to data presented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) earlier this week.
